Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Contract to Hire

Pay: $20-21/hr

Overview:

LHH is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our client's team in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently.
  • Handle heavy phone traffic, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Operate point of sale system to sell supplements and process transactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a medical spa, hospitality, or chiropractic office preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain busy on your feet throughout the day.
  • Degree preferred but not required.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:45 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday and Friday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM
