Customer Experience Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers to place orders, provide information in response to inquiries about products/services, and resolve complaints in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to online customer web chats/emails regarding product orders, order status, product returns, billing discrepancies, customer payments, account balance, and aging invoices.
- Process all required business transactions with accuracy in all relevant systems (NetSuite or Hubspot).
- Interface daily with Sales Representatives (internal and external), Accounts Receivable, and Distribution as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Outbound informational calls to customers and Sales Representatives.
- Gather and document valuable customer information.
- Achieve team and individual departmental goals and objectives.
- Assist with special projects as directed and/or assigned by Management.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to three years Customer Service experience in a Call Center preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn various software programs, including NetSuite and Hubspot.
We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $25.00 - $27.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as employer-covered life insurance and short-term disability. We also offer a 401k match and opportunities for new hire equity and long-term incentives.
