Customer Service Representative

At Pacific Life Insurance Company, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to navigate their insurance policies.
With a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical skills, you'll handle incoming inquiries and provide resolution related to transactions and technical questions. Whether you're experienced in the financial industry or a recent college graduate, our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
As a hybrid employee, you'll work from home most days, with one day per week in our office. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 50-60 incoming calls daily with ease. Your top priority will be providing outstanding customer service, and you'll excel at overcoming obstacles to deliver high-quality results.
We're seeking a talented individual who is passionate about community involvement and eager to participate in volunteer opportunities and local charity events. If you're a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

- Handling incoming inquiries and providing resolution related to transactions and technical questions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to policyholders

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with starting pay based on experience and location. In Omaha, NE, the hourly range is between $26-$30, plus an annual bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a wellbeing reimbursement account.
