About the Role

The Aquatics Experience Lead is a key member of our team at DiVentures, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide high-touch, personalized customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our facilities.
  • Program Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned aquatic programming, including scheduling and supervision of Swim Teachers, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards.
  • Leadership and Training: Develop and implement training programs for Swim Greeters, Swim Teachers, and Deck Managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Diventures Way Training: Completion of our comprehensive training program, which covers our company values, policies, and procedures.
  • JackRabbit Training: Completion of our specialized training program for Aquatics Experience Leads, which covers topics such as customer service, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Active SSI Swim Teacher Certification: Current certification in all levels of swim instruction, with a focus on delivering high-quality lessons and programs.
  • Deck Manager Certification: Current certification as a Deck Manager, with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Lifeguard Certification: Current certification as a lifeguard, with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Certified Pool Operator: Current certification as a pool operator, with a focus on maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.
  • Swim Product Knowledge Training: Completion of our training program, which covers our swim products and services, including our swim programs, lessons, and merchandise.
