  • Have a finger on the pulse of the sales floor, taking ownership of all customer interactions and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Operations and Inventory Management

  • Analyze business trends and have a strong understanding of store numbers, best sellers, KPIs, and put that knowledge to work, driving business results and growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of stock room capacity and keep inventory neatly organized, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Meet cleanliness standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure all operational policies and systems are being met daily, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.

Visual Merchandising

  • Track best sellers and inventory weekly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory management.
  • Know when new shipments are coming and have a plan for where new shipments will be merchandised, driving visual appeal and customer engagement.
  • Manage and teach company standards for all product styled on the floor, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure all store inventory is merchandised on the sales floor, driving customer engagement and sales.
  • Follow company merchandising guidance, ensuring a consistent and effective visual merchandising strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment.
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
