Job Overview As the Sales Support Representative, your responsibilities will encompass performing essential functions within the sales team, including making outbound calls to borrowers and accurately directing inbound customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.


The Sales Support Representative will:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls for targeted sales initiatives
Highlight the advantages of Pennymac's competitive offerings to demonstrate their relevance to customer needs and provide suitable rebuttal options when necessary
Respond to inbound calls from prospective borrowers promptly and route calls to the correct departments
Maintain data accuracy and documentation within required systems
Follow the assigned schedule, including meal and rest breaks
Execute other related tasks as required and assigned
Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values
A Typical Day Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office is advantageous
Proven ability to deliver timely and precise information in a fast-paced setting
Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is preferred

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Developing skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.


Salary:
$37,000 - $48,000
