Job Description:

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with established Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to store staff
  • Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales, service, and operational objectives
  • Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of customers
  • Perform POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Conduct inventory control and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain and reinforce current service level standards
  • Train and develop direct reports

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Managerial and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
