Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
  • Engage and promote company offerings to both new and existing clientele.
  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers.
  • Meet and surpass key performance metrics.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Proactively nurture customer relationships.
  • Document all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage daily tasks to exceed KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive sales approach.
  • Sense of urgency in task completion.
