Position Summary
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a certified and licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to enhance operations within our healthcare services. The NMT will independently conduct a variety of examinations while adhering to stringent quality assurance standards that align with the national benchmarks set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Work Schedule: To be determined. Opportunities for both full-time and as-needed positions are available.

Key Responsibilities
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Nuclear Medicine imaging techniques and optimize examination outcomes.
- Gather and relay all relevant clinical information to the Radiologist, ensuring accurate patient identification and clear communication regarding procedures.
- Complete all necessary patient assessments and interviews prior to examinations.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, consulting with the Radiologist as needed before proceeding.
- Adhere to established Nuclear Medicine safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws.
- Fulfill all training and documentation obligations.
Qualifications
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (N) is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the specialized field is necessary, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with all relevant examinations and procedures, including advanced modalities, is essential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA is required.
- Familiarity with Siemens nuclear medicine scanners is preferred.
- Experience with Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) is advantageous, although training will be provided.
- Venipuncture certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in initiating Intravenous (IV) and contrast injections is required.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
- No sponsorship is available.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead during the work shift.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Capacity to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
- Ability to push/pull with a force of 30 lbs.
