Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Standards: Monitor servers and bus staff to ensure adherence to all service standards, providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Supervision: Supervise the service of guests, being attentive to their needs and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Side Work and Bank Management: Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring side work duty completion, maintaining a clean and organized bank to Crescent standards.
  • Communication and Reporting: Read daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare one for the following shift, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Setup: Check the restaurant for cleanliness and setup, ensuring that service stands and aisle areas are well-maintained.
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Check tables for cleanliness and proper setup, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
  • Liquor Service and Compliance: Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor requirements, ensuring responsible and compliant service.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate daily with the restaurant manager regarding special events, house counts, and other important information, assisting with menu classes and taste panels as needed.
  • Attendance and Availability: Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Language and Communication: Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Self-starting personality with an even disposition, maintaining a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use point of sale systems, lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds, and push/pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
