The Role:
Are you diligent, detail-oriented, and skilled at leading and mentoring a team? If so, this position is for you. Our Culinary Operations Supervisors play a vital role in our business. From inspiring and guiding teams to ensuring adherence to food quality and safety standards, you are essential to our success in delivering exceptional meals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the grill and prep teams as well as Special Ops trainers.
  • Oversee the opening or closing procedures of the restaurant.
  • Gain knowledge in food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Develop leadership skills to effectively guide the team.
  • Assist with additional assigned responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Cross-train across various restaurant functions to facilitate rapid growth.
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist with any other duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend and reach overhead frequently.
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work near open flames.
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces.
  • Maintain constant communication with multiple team members.
  • Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision.
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally.
  • Work in a state of alertness and safety.
  • Occasional outdoor work may be required.
