About Our Company:
Schulte Hospitality Group is a division of Schulte Companies, a leading management firm with vast experience in the hospitality sector. We manage over 200 properties across 38 states and 3 countries, overseeing renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt, along with independent and boutique hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily room status, pricing, and packages
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage employee recognition programs and maintain adequate staffing
- Analyze guest feedback and employee satisfaction metrics
- Facilitate effective communication among staff and departments
- Maintain budgetary guidelines and monitor departmental expenditures
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests
- Supervise VIP arrivals and ensure room readiness
- Manage employee schedules and performance evaluations
- Address guest concerns professionally
- Act as Manager on Duty as necessary
- Be available for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable leadership position is required, along with a High School diploma; further education is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic mathematical and communication skills
- Strong leadership and time management capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel Front Desk operations
