Drive Revenue Growth as a Marriott Senior Hospitality Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Hospitality Sales Director to lead our sales team at AC Hotel Seattle Downtown.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Marriott's sales and marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy, and achieve average daily rate (ADR) goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to refine sales tactics.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth and goal achievement.
  • Builtsustain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses, representing Marriott at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
