We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Manager to spearhead the deployment, integration, and ongoing enhancement of our client's ERP, MRP, and MES systems, with a particular focus on PLEX and Nysus. This role involves not only overseeing system implementations but also mentoring a dedicated team, driving system advancements, and ensuring cohesive collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, integration, and continuous optimization of ERP, MRP, and MES systems, especially PLEX and Nysus, to improve manufacturing operations.
  • Supervise and guide a team of system analysts and IT specialists, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work culture.
  • Identify and execute enhancements and process improvements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and IT, to ensure smooth system integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee projects related to system upgrades and deployments, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, MRP, and MES systems, addressing issues swiftly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and deliver training to end-users to maximize system effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, safeguarding data security and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing manufacturing systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP, MRP, and MES systems. Experience with PLEX and Nysus is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP, MRP, and MES systems, along with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows.
  • Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results punctually and within budget.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to various technical centers and supplier locations.

Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Direct Hire
