Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and designs ERP implementation projects for Unanet.
  • Manages technology integrations through effective project management and possesses in-depth knowledge of specific systems.
  • Utilizes the BDO framework to take charge of project phases and collaborates with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Oversees project management for implementation engagements, both independently and in collaboration with others, for core system offerings and additional services.
  • Analyzes corporate and entity-level compliance related to ERP and technology.
  • Develops and reviews policies and procedures concerning accounting, contracts, and pricing to support client initiatives aimed at securing new business, including participation in business development meetings and networking activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Contributes as a member of the consulting group's management team.
  • Supervises, mentors, and trains Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Evaluates and reviews work produced by Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Provides training on current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodologies to Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Organizes and oversees the workload of Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Offers constructive verbal and written feedback on performance to Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Acts as a Career Advisor to Associates and Senior Associates, as designated.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting and systems knowledge is required.Familiarity with ERP and technology implementation best practices is preferred.Experience with Unanet is preferred.Prior experience in government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated industries is preferred.

Certifications:

CPA, CMA, or PMP certification is preferred.ERP or technology-related certifications are preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.Experience with Unanet, Deltek, Microsoft D365, and other ERP systems is preferred.Knowledge of database management or analytical tools (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in business and report writing.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and manage several projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated understanding of FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules.
  • Ability to adhere to and apply specific rules and regulations.
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation is determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 for national positions; $125,000 - $150,000 for positions in specific regions.
