Company Overview:
Selectek is collaborating with a prominent organization seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to take on a senior position on a direct hire basis. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing manufacturing systems.

Position Details:
Employment Type:
Direct Hire

Compensation:
$100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a systems authority to support manufacturing processes with expertise in equipment and project scope.
  • Assess machine readiness, program operations, and conduct trials on parts within machinery.
  • Identify and resolve issues while collaborating with the build team to document challenges and solutions.
  • Oversee necessary part production and liaise with clients and project managers regarding part availability.
  • Facilitate customer runoff processes, ensuring that machinery cycles and builds are thoroughly tested prior to final approval.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to guarantee satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five to ten years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficient understanding of machine design and fabrication methodologies.
  • A degree in Manufacturing Technology is preferred.
