  • Mentors, develops, and trains Associates and Senior Associates
  • Evaluates the work of Associates and Senior Associates
  • Instructs Associates and Senior Associates on the utilization of current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodologies
  • Organizes and supervises the workload of Associates and Senior Associates
  • Provides constructive feedback on performance to Associates and Senior Associates
  • Acts as a Career Advisor to Associates and Senior Associates, as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting and systems knowledge is requiredFamiliarity with best practices in ERP and technology implementation is preferredExperience with Unanet is preferredBackground in Government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated sectors is preferred

Certifications:

CPA, CMA, or PMP certifications are preferredERP or technology-related certifications are preferred

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is requiredExperience with Unanet, Deltek, Microsoft D365, and other ERP systems is preferredKnowledge of database management or analytical tools (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in business and report writing
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, both independently and in a team setting
  • Proven track record of working in deadline-driven environments and managing multiple projects
  • In-depth understanding of FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules
  • Ability to adhere to and apply specific regulations and guidelines
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision

Compensation is determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.

National Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
