Position Overview:
The Field Operations Coordinator role is a vital position within Aramark Uniform Services, focusing on fostering strong partnerships with clients and ensuring that operational services are tailored to meet and surpass client expectations.

This position is crucial for maintaining an uninterrupted supply of uniforms and ensuring timely delivery of laundry services to all designated areas.

The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in managing garment distribution and minimizing the percentage of lost or damaged items within the operational environment.

Consistent customer service and performance excellence on behalf of Aramark Uniform Services are fundamental responsibilities of this role.



Key Responsibilities:


Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients through consistent and clear communication across various platforms; Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all account and delivery records; Oversee the receipt and acknowledgment of laundry deliveries from service provider divisions; Manage daily garment operations, including stocking and organizing garment racks while adhering to FIFO practices, and making necessary inventory adjustments; Conduct physical inventory assessments periodically throughout the year; Oversee the delivery system by organizing totes on delivery days and marking them with the appropriate dates; Ensure that hampers are correctly placed in designated areas and that soiled garments are sorted appropriately; Coordinate with service provider drivers to ensure timely pickup of all soiled laundry hampers; Provide regular updates to company contacts regarding garment status, inventory issues, and any concerns related to garment handling.

Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously, aiming for resolution within a 24-hour timeframe;

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience in upselling services and products; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and interpersonal relationship-building abilities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively; A minimum of two years of experience in account management with a focus on customer interaction and resolution; Ability to present ideas and solutions confidently to all levels of staff and management; Two or more years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with familiarity in ISO 9001 standards; Knowledge of internal audits, document control, customer audits, complaint investigations, and continuous improvement practices is preferred; Process Improvement certification is advantageous.

Thorough understanding of quality assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies; Customer service experience with consistent client engagement; Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and respond urgently to customer needs in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and statistical software such as Minitab.

Familiarity with GTS and barcode data systems is beneficial; Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of safely lifting, carrying, or maneuvering a minimum of 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs; Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods;

Work may occur in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, subject to varying noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and odors.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in the service industry is required.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Licensing and Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
