- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Sales and Marketing
- Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics
- Confidently present and sell membership and visit packages to patients
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage patient accounts and ensure accurate and timely billing
- Process transactions using point-of-sale software
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Team Collaboration
- Work cohesively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure seamless operations
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
