Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointments across multiple phone lines.
  • Collect and maintain new patient information and track referrals.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication.
  • Maintain logs of reports sent to physicians and manage patient payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it appropriately.
  • Coordinate all scheduling communications and patient inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate collection of patient intake information and track clinic referrals.
  • Verify insurance coverage and manage copayments.
  • Collaborate with office management and clinical staff regarding patient arrivals and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
