Role SummaryThe Senior Sales Representative will report directly to the National Director of Government Sales. This position is primarily responsible for securing accounts identified by Inside Sales through product demonstrations and negotiations, followed by a seamless transition to Inside Sales for ongoing account management. The role also entails expanding the sales footprint within the designated territory through strategic provider outreach and territory development.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and close sales with potential clients.
- Plan and execute cluster calls at various facilities, including veterans' and sports venues.
- Participate in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to enhance product visibility.
The ideal candidate will exhibit:
- Strong internal motivation and urgency.
- Proactive self-starter attitude.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of intelligence and resourcefulness.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- New patient acquisition rates per week.
- Number of new facilities engaged per quarter.
- Sales close rates.
- Daily engagement metrics.
- Monthly product demonstrations conducted.
Experience: A background in clinical settings, preferably in Nursing or Physical Therapy, is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, particularly within the Department of Veteran Affairs.
- Experience targeting DME sales in sectors such as Physical Rehabilitation and Pain Management.
- Educational background in Physical Therapy, Nursing, or related fields is advantageous.
Salary: Expected earnings range from $100,000 to $110,000 in the first year, inclusive of base salary and commission, with no cap on commission earnings.
