Position Overview:
Wells Fargo is in search of an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) within our National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service across various branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance across multiple branch locations to cover absences or temporary vacancies.
- Adapt to changing priorities and environments while addressing customer needs effectively.
- Engage in proactive outreach to foster relationships and recommend suitable products and services that promote financial success.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
- Follow managerial guidance while exercising sound judgment within established policies.
- Gain knowledge of banking products and services to align with customer requirements.
- Interact with customers to build rapport and demonstrate genuine care.
- Present appropriate banking options to customers based on their needs.
- Refer customers to other banking professionals for additional financial assistance as necessary.
- This SAFE position involves customer interaction and responsibilities that may include offering or negotiating terms for secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer interaction or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience managing complex transactions across various systems.
- Proven ability to engage customers proactively through outreach.
- Capability to educate customers on technology and the benefits of mobile banking.
- Experience in helping customers achieve financial success by connecting them with appropriate team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer needs.
- Proficient in building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraudulent activities and take preventive measures.
- Professional interaction with customers and colleagues, demonstrating integrity.
- Relevant military experience in personnel management or related fields.
- Expertise in sourcing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Support in resolving customer concerns or complaints effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Maintain cash handling responsibilities and complete service-related tasks as required.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- SAFE registration is required upon employment commencement.
