KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Ensure common areas are maintained in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
  • Handle and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing corporate-level mail and electronic communications.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Oversee office and kitchen supplies, including inventory management and ordering.
  • Assist with event planning, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Provide general support to other departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with Property Management or Leasing is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Able to operate standard office equipment including personal computers, scanners, printers, copiers, and other devices.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
