Mental Health Provider Job Goal: Our goal is to provide comprehensive mental health services to corrections-involved individuals, from initial interaction to successful transition back to the community. We achieve this by offering individual counseling, treatment, and support services.

Mental Health Provider Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients referred by security, healthcare staff, and other community sources.
  • Provide essential treatment services, including psychoeducational and transitional groups, and suicide prevention interventions.
  • Respond to sick call requests, provide medication adherence, and coordinate with prescribing providers for medication evaluations.
  • Provide crisis intervention, oversee the clinical needs of patients on caseload, and participate in treatment team multidisciplinary meetings and administrative meetings.
  • Document all findings in the patient's health record and ensure compliance with facility and company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling (Required). License/Certificate (Preferred).
