Job Title: Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary preferences.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in enjoyable activities.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical movement.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks and assist with grocery shopping.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family or medical professionals.
  • Administer medications according to the care plan.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical capability to assist clients with mobility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
