Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate in our Sports Medicine division, you will represent Stryker's products and assist Sales Representatives in the promotion and marketing of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating healthcare professionals about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
  • Providing updates on product functionality and changes to our portfolio.
  • Customizing promotional messages based on customer knowledge.
  • Answering inquiries regarding product features and differentiating Stryker products from competitors.

Every day presents unique challenges, and our top sales representatives have the autonomy to prioritize their time to maximize value for customers and the market.

In this role, you will not only represent a leading medical device brand but also have a significant impact on patient care.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role (preferably in medical fields).
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Completion of in-field training and in-house product training is essential.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Medium work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.

- Must be capable of communicating with large groups and utilizing common office equipment.

- Up to 20% overnight travel may be required.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to negotiate pricing and terms with customers.

- Proficient in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

- Must have comprehensive knowledge of all products, including features and differentiators.

- Ability to analyze market potential and prioritize customer interactions accordingly.
