Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Representatives in the promotion and marketing of Stryker products
- Providing training and guidance on product usage, maintenance, updates, and changes in the portfolio
- Delivering customized promotional communications based on customer feedback
- Advising clients on product selection and differentiating Stryker products from competitors
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in external sales (preferably within medical sectors)
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Completion of sales training programs, both in-field and in-house
- Strong leadership capabilities with proficiency in communication, networking, strategic selling, and product knowledge
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performing medium-level work tasks
- Engaging in telephone and large group communications
- Negotiating sales and addressing customer inquiries
- Conducting market research and managing territories
