Role Overview:
As a sales associate specializing in Sports Medicine, you will represent Stryker's product line. Your responsibilities will include supporting Sales Representatives in the marketing and sales of Stryker products.
You will provide education and information to healthcare professionals regarding the proper usage and maintenance of Stryker products, including updates and changes to our product offerings.
After comprehensive product training, you will be expected to customize Stryker's promotional messaging based on customer insights, advise on suitable product selections, address inquiries regarding product functionality, and differentiate Stryker's offerings from competitors.
Every day presents unique challenges - our top sales representatives have the autonomy to prioritize their time to maximize value for their clients and market.
You will have the opportunity to not only represent a leading medical device brand but also to make a significant impact on patient care.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role (preferably in medical fields).
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Field sales training and successful completion of an in-house product training program.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Medium work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Must effectively communicate with large groups and via telephone.
- Proficient in using standard office equipment (e.g., fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.).
- Up to 20% overnight travel may be required.
