We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at DrBalcony. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, facilitating onboarding, and providing support for employee relations and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of non-tech roles within the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires, including the completion of necessary documentation and introduction to company culture.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Assist with employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing support to resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Job Postings and Marketing: Create engaging job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms to attract top talent. Maintain a strong employer brand presence online and offline.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration tasks, including updating HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide input on improving recruitment processes and strategies to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and ensure a unified approach to recruitment and employee support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruitment process and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Familiarity with various interview methods, including behavioral, situational, and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with onboarding and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about recruitment and creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address employee queries and support employee relations professionally.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
