Summary:

The TA Specialist is tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives for talent acquisition. This role aims to refine the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate's journey from discovery to onboarding and identify top talent in our industry. Given our company's growth trajectory, the scope of your responsibilities is expected to expand in line with the company's development and the display of your distinctive abilities.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Sourcing and screening resumes for administrative, management and corporate level positions.
  • Manage the new hire process from accepted offer to post hire surveys
  • Mailout new hire gifts to all new hires
  • Assist with supporting the college recruiting program. Occasional job fair or industry event participation
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of talent and identify opportunities to reach a larger scope of talent.
  • Heavy sourcing of talent through LinkedIn and Indeed efforts
  • Reporting on recruiting metrics
  • Manage the entire interview process to ensure efficiency which includes interview coordination and communication internally and externally
  • Posting job positions
  • Building out new job descriptions to improve inbound candidate flow

Corporate Planning:

  • Collaborate with the TA team to plan corporate events
  • Assist with sending out surveys pre- and-post corporate events
  • Assist with company meeting RSVP coordination and communication
  • Ordering office supplies, breakroom supplies and restocking items

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of proven experience handling recruitment functions
  • Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal skills
  • Experience planning and coordinating company events preferred
  • Positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to rapid change
  • Team player
  • Willingness to be in the office Monday-Friday and collaborating with the team
  • Ability to handle light travel
