Talent Acquisition Professional

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll be part of a team that makes a real-world impact. As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you'll assist in projects that align with the Talent Acquisition team's yearly goals and top priorities. You'll use our systems and Excel to analyze data and generate reports for various business needs. Additionally, you'll support change management efforts by developing communications and creating surveys to ensure effective strategy implementation.
As a Human Resources Development Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business. You'll be matched to projects based on your abilities and current business needs. Your work will have real-world impact, and you'll be supported in achieving your career goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in projects that align with the Talent Acquisition team's yearly goals and top priorities.
- Use our systems and Excel to analyze data and generate reports for various business needs.
- Support change management efforts by developing communications and creating surveys to ensure effective strategy implementation.
- Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and creating presentations.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or similar degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.

- Hourly rate between $18.
- Relocation stipend of $5,000 if necessary.
