Jewelry Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jewelry Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Shane Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our luxury jewelry products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Work towards personal sales goals while contributing to team goals and the overall success of the store.
- Train and mentor new team members, sharing expertise and providing feedback.
- At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
- Availability during evenings and weekends.
- High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A competitive base pay range of $23 to $28, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
- A team bonus program that can range from zero to $350 per week.
- An individual sales performance bonus program, with annual payouts ranging from $2,000 to $50,000.
