Job Opportunity

Position Overview: As an Agronomy Sales Intern at Co-Alliance, you will gain valuable experience by interviewing agronomy sellers to understand their sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. You will participate in ride-alongs and collaborate with the marketing team on various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with agronomy sellers throughout the internship period.
• Present your findings to Keystone Leadership at the end of the internship.
• Collaborate with marketing interns on various projects.
• Work with sellers on Keystone sales platforms.
• Observe and participate in grower/seller events.
• Participate in ride-alongs with sellers, sales leads, and sales enablement lead.
• Travel extensively in the territory.
• Spend 30% of your time in the office and 70% with sellers and at field events.

Requirements:

• Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to complete work with minimal supervision.
• Have previous internship experience, preferably in Ag Sales.
• Hold a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Be proficient in Microsoft apps and programs.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage (competitive rate).
• Mileage reimbursement following the IRS Standard Rate.
• Incentives and awards for interns who complete the internship.

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
