Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales production goals and objectives.
- Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources and networking events.
- Develop and present insurance quotes, and close sales deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and title companies.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
- Grow sales revenue by leveraging phone, email, and client lists.
Requirements
- Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we will provide training to the right candidate.
- Be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience is preferred.
