About Our Store

PetSmart is a leading pet retailer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently, providing a safe and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.

About Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for our pet parents, setting the standards for customer engagement and ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.

About Your Career

PetSmart offers a range of career opportunities, from store management to leadership roles. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain experience in a different business unit, and transfer to any one of our 1600 stores nationwide.

The Benefits

PetSmart offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.26 to $25.63 per hour, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a quarterly incentive based on eligible earnings and store performance, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
