\t* Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to engage donors and stakeholders across the Mountain Region

\t* Collaborate with frontline major gift fundraisers and Chief Philanthropy Officers to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities

\t* Manage and maintain the Mountain Region's foundation website, email marketing campaigns, and social media accounts

\t* Support external communications needs of the Regional Vice President of Philanthropy and the Chief Philanthropy Officers

\t* Lead the Mountain Region's annual employee giving campaign and support fundraising initiatives with the Denver National Office Mission Group

\t* Participate in annual Colorado Gives Day

\t* Collaborate with the National Engagement Communications team and external vendors to lead local implementation of system engagement efforts

\t* Represent the Mountain Region on the Annual Giving Sounding Board

\t* Stay current on local hospital and system-wide activities, events, and achievements

\t* Build strong relationships with local foundation and hospital staff to surface and drive content for a robust communications plan

\t* Produce executive-level reports for System Director, Regional VP, Senior Leadership Team, and Boards of Directors to assess Engagement program efficacy

\t* Participate in continuing education to enhance and increase fundraising skills, maintain awareness of changes in philanthropy patterns

\t* Adhere to ethical standards and best practices established by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP)

\t* Bachelor's Degree required; however, equivalent years of education and experience may be considered

\t* Minimum two (2) years of non-profit, philanthropy, or healthcare work experience required

\t* Excellent copywriting and internal communications skills

\t* Deadline-oriented and goal-motivated

\t* Strong project management and planning skills with demonstrated attention to detail while managing multiple projects concurrently

\t* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

\t* Prior experience or ability to master various engagement tools including email marketing (BBIS - Black Baud Internet Systems), video (Thankview), web (BBIS/Ovrture), project management (monday), and more

\t* Ability to adhere to and ensure brand compliance

\t* Experience with print, email, and web design, HTML, performance marketing analytics is not required but highly preferred
