About the Role
As a Dining Service Associate at Frontier Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents at our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Your commitment to quality service will help us maintain our mission of delivering an enriched and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to all residents.
  • Prepare dining areas by setting tables with appropriate utensils, chinaware, and glassware.
  • Manage daily room service orders, including the setup and delivery of meal trays.
  • Assist in maintaining the salad bar and beverage stations, ensuring they are well-stocked.
  • Support the culinary team with basic food preparation and presentation tasks.
  • Provide assistance to residents with their dining needs, including beverages and desserts.
  • Engage in all required training and team meetings to enhance service quality.
  • Address any service-related issues promptly and collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by clearing tables and performing routine cleaning tasks.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to service and respect for residents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand and move for extended periods, with breaks as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and staff.
  • Willingness to work with the elderly population and understand their unique needs.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
