About the Role:

Ahold Delhaize USA, a leading food retailer, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.
  • Monitor call activity, adjust team responsibilities as needed, and escalate issues to senior management.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Manage team performance, respond to schedule impacts, and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
