Key Responsibilities- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Utilize logical problem-solving skills and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Escalate Issues: Escalate complex and high-priority issues to appropriate coworkers, support groups, or vendors for resolution.
- Track and Resolve Cases: Take ownership of all customer interactions, tracking the contact status to resolution using our CRM system.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior call center experience is preferred, but not required.
