- Maintain current customer relationships and grow the share of their business.
- Support customer menu engineering and food cost analysis to ensure waste reduction and improve profitability.
- Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons, and facilitate demonstrations of capabilities to support customers.
- Build multi-level relationships in the businesses served.
- Keep accounts current, optimizing sales, service, and delivery, and collecting past-due balances from customers.
- Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive customer experience enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills.
- HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus.
- 2+ years' experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or other related experience preferred.
- Previous successful sales experience a plus.
- Current driver's license.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving.
- Comfort using technology and analyzing customer data.
- Knowledgeable on industry trends.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Starting compensation of $40,000-$100,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission-basis.
