Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue and Pricing Optimization Analyst to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and drive business growth
  • Manage and analyze large volumes of data to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cruise line partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, Toad Oracle SQL, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint
