Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with families to identify their needs and connect them with relevant resources and services.
- Supervise visits between children and birth family members, providing a safe and supportive environment.
- Document visit notes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide education and support to families on topics such as parenting, child development, and family stability.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience working with underserved, high-risk, and isolated populations.
- Understanding of de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and personal safety skills and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with outreach and advocacy, data collection and management, and social media.
- Proficiency in using computers and Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- AA in social work, Child Development, Psychology, Public Health, Health Education, and/or related fields.
- Early Childhood Development, Parenting support, case management, and program reporting experience.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish.
- Experience with Trauma-Informed practices.
