Position Overview

Immediate Full-Time EMT Opportunities Available

Compensation:
$21.14 per hour based on experience

We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who will respond to both emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing exceptional care, treatment, and customer service to patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, determine necessary medical interventions, and deliver emergency care using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, conditions, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-equipped environment for patient care.
  • Utilize EMT skills effectively, including communication, medical equipment handling, and adherence to cleaning protocols.
  • Operate an ambulance in compliance with company safety policies and traffic regulations related to emergency medical response.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health personnel and fellow EMTs to provide cohesive care.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in community outreach programs to enhance the company’s image and foster strong community relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State EMT License.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • BLS and NREMT certifications.
  • Driving record that meets company standards.
  • Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to different environments, including potential exposure to weather conditions and noise levels. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting over 200 lbs. with assistance, as well as routine activities involving sitting, standing, and walking.
