Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should have prior experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior-level executives.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide primary support to the President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage communication with employees by liaising with managers on various projects and tasks, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  3. Offer administrative and office support, including drafting correspondence, taking meeting notes, and printing/scanning files.
  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including team meetings, full staff gatherings, and one-on-one sessions.
  5. Interview and hire staff for multiple departments, oversee the employee onboarding process, and manage company logistics.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for office needs, ensuring facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
  7. Ensure smooth phone call and email management, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or handling them effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role directly reporting to upper management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyze various data points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, adapt to changes, and handle challenges with a flexible and proactive approach.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive medical plan and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
