We are seeking a seasoned High-Level Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious global private equity firm based in Midtown Manhattan, providing top-notch administrative support to the COO/Head of Operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and managing expenses. You will also assist with special projects related to operations management and collaborate closely with the firm's administrative pool and Corporate Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the COO/Head of Operations with proactive and complete administrative support, including heavy calendaring, attendee management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting and submissions, etc.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and offsite events for supporting executives (e.g., risk committees, board meetings, leadership dinners, mentorship dinners / social events, etc.), including all logistics/materials.
  • Collaborate closely with firmwide administrative pool and Corporate Services team as needed, ensuring lines of communication are kept open and individual phone coverage groups are functioning smoothly.
  • Assist with special projects related to ongoing operations management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive-level administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A Bachelor's degree is required, and previous experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 per year, plus built-in paid overtime (approximately $35,000) and discretionary bonus eligibility. You will also enjoy amazing benefits, flexible hours, and a hybrid work schedule (4 days in office / 1 remote).
