Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
  • Ensure a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
