Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that every interaction is memorable and unique.
  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to create a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage the menu, read and verify information, and take a hands-on approach to work.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
