Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.

  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new employees, including tracking employee information and managing incoming and outgoing packages.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and high volumes of guests.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for periods of time, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
