In this position, you will assist individuals in balancing their personal aspirations with their needs, going the extra mile to ensure they lead fulfilling lives.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for executing the Individual Support Plan for designated individuals, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Coordinators. You will serve as a role model for best practices within the organization. This position reports to the Site Service Coordinator or the Regional Head of Services.

Compensation: The hourly wage for the Program Coordinator role is $15.50.

Qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass criminal and registry background checks.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Verification of highest level of education.
  • Clear tuberculosis screening is mandatory.
  • Self-driven with a positive demeanor.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being receptive to guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Must maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role.
  • A valid driver's license from the state of residence is required, with a clean driving record.
