Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for PC hardware and software, including installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrading of personal computers and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop computing environment, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to provide troubleshooting steps and aid in resolution of desktop computing issues
  • Assist with conference technology setup and support
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating system, including networking components, hardware, and peripheral devices
  • Knowledge of conference center environment and audio-visual equipment
